We’re looking for a trend-savvy, brand-focused Social Media Manager to lead and grow our social media presence across all key platforms. As a key voice of our brand, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing a strategy that builds community, drives engagement, and supports our growth across organic and paid channels.
You’ll work closely with creative, marketing, e-commerce, and PR teams to ensure our social content reflects the brand’s tone of voice, visual identity, and seasonal messaging — with a strong focus on fashion trends, storytelling, and digital culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Strategy & Planning
• Develop and implement a platform-specific strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Own and manage the social media calendar, ensuring alignment with campaign launches, product drops, retail events, and key brand moments.
• Stay on top of fashion, cultural, and digital trends to proactively shape content direction.
Content Creation & Curation
• Create and curate compelling content that showcases product, brand values, behind-the-scenes moments, and community.
• Collaborate with the in-house creative team, stylists, and content creators to brief, plan, and produce visual assets (including Reels, Stories, and TikToks).
• Write sharp, on-brand copy for captions, posts, and video descriptions.
Community Management
• Engage with our audience daily — responding to comments, DMs, mentions, and tags in a timely and on-brand manner.
• Support the growth of an active and loyal fashion community through conversation and UGC/influencer reposts.
• Track and share community feedback with relevant internal teams (product, customer care, etc.).
Influencer & PR Support
• Identify and collaborate with influencers, stylists, and creators that align with our brand.
• Work closely with PR to coordinate social support for events, press launches, and talent partnerships.
• Support the seeding process and influencer activations to amplify seasonal campaigns.
Reporting & Optimisation
• Track performance across all platforms using tools such as Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
• Analyse engagement, reach, and growth to inform future content planning.
• Test new formats, posting times, and strategies to optimise performance.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand.
• Strong understanding of platform best practices (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook).
• Proven track record of growing social communities and delivering high-performing content.
• Exceptional eye for visual storytelling and a deep interest in fashion and style.
• Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools
• Confident using analytics tools to evaluate performance and inform content strategy.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment with multiple collections or seasonal campaigns.
