We are looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst to join our team in Richmond.
JOB PURPOSE
To Provide front line technical support to end users on technical issues and problems.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide first line support to all office staff, remote offices and home-workers.
• Respond, document and resolve support tickets in a timely manner.
• Assist all computer users in proper use and best working practices.
• Create new users, login profiles and permissions.
• Manage leavers process.
• Monitor status of tills, servers & networks liaising with IT Support team & 3rd party suppliers to resolve issues.
• Setup and test new equipment.
• Maintain, repair and manage disposal of existing equipment.
• Prepare and present ad hoc service reports.
• Assist in the preparation and management of effective standard operating procedures and train other members of staff accordingly.
• Assist in any other areas when necessary.
