We are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team in our Head Office in Richmond.

JOB PURPOSE

Key purpose of the role is to support all areas of accounts payable, ensuring all supplier invoices are recorded in an accurate and timely manner. Follow up with senior stake holders to establish all invoices are accurate and approved.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensuring all invoices are authorised and posted correctly in a timely manner

Setting up accounts for new suppliers in Navision

Posting employee expenses

Checking supplier statements and following up missing invoices

Dealing with enquires from suppliers and company departments

Managing the accounts payable email inbox

Carry out administrative jobs such as filing authorised and paid invoices and archiving

Use Barclays & HSBC to make payments when required

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Ability to work quickly and efficiently

Ability to meet deadlines

Good organisational and communication skills

Numerical ability and data entry skills

Strong attention to detail

Accurately process all invoices in a timely manner

Kean to learn and develop. Soaks up as much relevant knowledge and experience as possible
